At Broadway, we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service team who want to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Find all the assistance you require at our Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2 next to Dick Smith.
Our Customer Service Desk can help you with directions, accessible services such as toilets, car parking spaces, parent rooms, high chairs, public phones, wheelchairs, prams, power shoppers and any other queries you may have.
Our Customer Service Desk can arrange a complimentary taxi booking service.

Parents' Rooms
The Parents' Rooms are located on Level 3 and opposite Michels Patisserie on the ground level. Our parents' rooms have been awarded a 5 star Rating from the Australian Breastfeeding Association. They contain multiple feeding rooms, a safe play area, a TV with DVD entertainment, microwave, child size amenities, nappy change areas and a toilet.
Disabled Facilities
Disabled facilities are located on LG, Ground, 1, 2 (in the food court) and on Level 3.
Public Transport
Broadway is conveniently located next to Central Station, Sydney's transport hub, with buses frequently passing the centre. You can reach us by alighting at George Street, Broadway, City Road or Glebe Point Road.
