Store Manager – Smiggle

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Store Manager to join our successful team at Smiggle – Bay St, Broadway.

We give our staff real ownership of their stores, along with the guidance, training and support they need to succeed.

The Key responsibilities of the role are:
• Sales Planning
• Staff development and training
• Stock Management
• Visual Merchandising
• Store Administration
• Managing Shrinkage
• Conducting and attending store meetings

The ideal candidate will have:
• Outstanding customer service
• Proven sales record
• Strong problem solving skills
• Management experience
• A passion for fashion!
